SKIP UCL

SKIP UCL works in partnership with Hand in Hand Orphanage for Mentally Disabled Children, an NGO in Nkoranza, Ghana.
http://www.operationhandinhand.nl/engels.htm
The resident children at Hand in Hand have often suffered much trauma, abuse and discrimination on the basis of their disabilities before they find safety in this one-of-a-kind community.
Each year we train and send out student volunteers to this fantastic and unique establishment to help provide these children with the support and care they deserve.

Feel free to e-mail SKIP UCL at uclskipghana@gmail.com with any queries or visit www.facebook.com/SKIPUCL

Street Doctors

STREETDOCTORS is a charity registered in the UK. We change the lives of high risk young people by giving them the skills they need to deliver life-saving first aid. But as well as saving lives we use first aid as a tool to educate and empower these young people, giving them confidence and a sense of responsibility for their actions, helping to change their attitudes towards violence.
